The Best Reading App for Note-Takers | Better than Pocket or Instapaper? | Matter Review

Matter is one of my most favourite productivity apps in 2021. It is a social reading app. Just like most of the reading apps like Pocket and Instapaper, you can save articles to it to read later and make highlights which can be synced to Readwise and your note-taking app such as Obsidian, Roam Research, Logseq, Evernote and RemNote. Moreover, it lets you make audio highlights, which is similar to how Airr works. This is great if you like listening to articles like me when your hands are occupied. But what distinguishes Matter from other apps is its social aspect. It's similar to Medium; you can follow your friends and favourite writers and share what you're reading, thoughts and comments.
