Weber Lumin Electric Grill.
The Weber Lumin is my go-to recommendation when you’re forced to go electric—like in many apartments and condos. I tested the larger model and found it versatile enough to grill and even make smoke-infused salmon, especially when you keep the lid closed to hold heat.
