It's day 2 of Last 2 Leave the Basement Challenge. We started a challenge yesterday where the kids cannot leave the basement if they want to win, and while they are down there we do fun challenges. They are having so much fun. We made a video of day 1 over on Adley's youtube channel. They are starting off today by playing some minecraft, even navey loves playing minecraft. It's time for them to see today's challenge, DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUN! They come over to the challenge stairs and close their eyes. Behold, today's challenge is outside, in the snow. Rainbow snowcones and snowboarding challenges at Pirate island. Adley, Niko and Navey were so stoked for this. We got dressed and headed over with Olive and Koopa and Jenny. We played in the snow, did snow angels and even buried Niko in the snow. We built a huge pirate snowman, does anyone have any good ideas what we should name him?? The kids then got ready to snowboard. Adley and Niko both are getting so good and it's a proud dad moment for me watching the kids do something i love and grew up doing. They hit the pirate ship ramp then we tried a new big hill and they crushed it. Seriously so proud of them. We then grabbed the food colors and went to work on our rainbow snowcones, This is something we do every winter in the snow and it's something you can do too if you have snow at your house, it's a great way to create some awesome memories. There was a big beautiful bald eagle at pirate island flying around! it was so cool looking and then we realized we better grab the dog cause that could of been a bad situation. We headed home and it's back to the basement. The kids had story time where Adley is the narrator and tells a story about Niko and Navey. We will see who can last another night in this challenge.
