My PORSCHE 914 is a DISASTER! Why Didn't I Buy a "Good" One??

Let's see what you think of my Porsche 914's new paint colour! We're on a range test in the BYD Seal up to @yorkshirecarrestoration, to check on the progress and explain why we didn't just give up. You can get a Shmoo the Cow in my shop: https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/shmee150 Having just taken the wraps of the BYD Seal as my new daily driver, it's safe to say there's been quite the response - something to get to in due course, however today we are taking the EV for a 330 mile round trip (against the claimed range of 354 miles). Needless to say, the near-freezing temperatures don't help it, but find out if we make it up and back without issue. In recent months, Steve and Ryan at YCR have been cracking on with the work on 'Patches', my 1973 Porsche 914/4 2.0, named thanks to the extensive rust found on the bodywork. With the bodywork having needed extensive reconstruction, that process is nearing completion and as such, we can finally prepare for the paints and how it's going to look ahead, and that means revealing what shade we're going for. The purchase of the 914 was very much inspired by my girlfriend, Püppi150, and we've chose to paint it in Porsche's PTS Sternrubin; also known as Rubystar or Rubystone Red. This colour was first introduced at the Geneva Motorshow in 1991 on the 964 Carrera RS, the same year as Püppi, and it will be combined with a stunning interior too. To complete the car, given it spent 6 months being straightened out; my 914 2 litre has the very suitable registration: JIG 9142.
