I talk about why mistakes are normal (especially as a fresher), and how your response matters more than the mistake itself. I also explain how different people give feedback in different styles—some polite, some super direct—and how you should treat it like free training. Then we get into attention to detail (corporate mein kuch bhi “chhota” nahi hota), validating information in big teams, and the biggest hack: ask, ask, and ask—better to look curious than submit something wrong. I also share what surprised me the most: team bonding actually matters, your manager can shape your entire journey (mentor vibes are real), and office friendships aren’t automatically fake—don’t force it, but be friendly and approachable.
