Performance Review Form Template In Excel

PERFORMANCE REVIEW FORM TEMPLATE IN EXCEL // How to modify and customize these fully programmed performance evaluation forms for rating Managers and Employees. These fillable forms are designed in MS Excel and include a five-point rating scale with 10 employee competency areas plus 5 additional manager/leader competency areas, including full examples in each category. Users can fill-in only the unlocked cells after you protect this form. This template includes data validation so users will see a pop-up with instructions if they have made an error filling in the appraisal form. The form will automatically calculate the appraisal score and alert the user if they have missed a rating. The second tab of the spreadsheet offers an explanation of the rating scale. You can unlock the file after downloading so you can customize it by going to the Home tab, clicking the Format drop-down in the Cell area and clicking "Unprotect Sheet."
