In this video I’m working with ISee Hair and y’all… this kinky curly 18 inch, 250% density half wig is giving “is this my real hair or a wig?” for real. I show you the inside construction (combs, breathable cap, that pre-flipped hairline piece that helps it look invisible), and I talk about why I love half wigs so much—because they’re glueless, quick, and they look so natural. It also has an adjustable elastic band and a drawstring in the back so you can get it super snug. I also give y’all a real tip: I personally don’t like using the combs because they can eat at your hair, pull it out, and make your scalp tender. If you need extra security, grab a wig band instead. For styling, I go section by section: I brush the curls out, drench the hair with water, add curling mousse, and define with my Denman brush. After that I let it dry off my head on a mannequin with a fan (no diffuser), then I come back to break the mousse cast and pick it out—this is where the magic happens. I do the smallest leave-out, pin it into a quick half-up half-down, lay my edges a little, and it literally looks like my hair.
