When we toured the rooms, I was surprised how much space there was, and we even compared the bigger waiting area vs the smaller room (I loved the smaller one—more wood, more warm 느낌). We talked through how the ceremony works, like the celebrant, the repeat-after-me vows (“I ask the people here to witness…”), and we figured out guest numbers too—around 20 max, but realistically closer to 10–20 for us. The biggest takeaway: we found something that fits our lifestyle and budget. We paid $500 for everything (celebrant + room), and we booked our date—right after my birthday—so now our wedding anniversary is basically birthday-adjacent (which means… yes, I’m negotiating presents).
