We got a delivery from Seong’s parents in Korea, so in this video we’re doing a full unboxing together — jackets we couldn’t bring back to Perth (so heavy!) and a big Olive Young haul because there was a sale. Seong’s mum asked what I wanted, and honestly I feel so spoiled. Opening everything felt like being back in Korea again… even the clothes smelled like that “new apartment” Korea smell. We go through hair care, skin care, and body care, and I share what I’m most excited to use in my everyday routine in Australia. The Kundal baby powder shampoo and body wash smell literally like baby powder — so clean — and we grabbed hair staples we can’t really get in Perth, like Mise-en-scène treatments we use on wet hair before blow drying. I also unbox my Fillimilli smooth skin filter foundation brush (it even has a cover) because I’m doing my own makeup already and wanted something good for contour/combination products. And we talk about the biggest takeaway: Korean beauty is usually cheaper and the quality is so good compared to what we pay in Perth — sometimes you’re basically paying double here for less.
