I grabbed a silicone case cover for my AirPods 4 case because the stock plastic case is going to take hits over time. Even with a cover on mine basically its whole life, it still picked up bumps and bruises—so I’d absolutely rather have that extra layer of protection. It’s a simple add-on that helps keep everything looking nicer longer.
