The North Face Summit VECTIV Sky 2 is light, fast, and a dream to run in but not without flaws either (aka blisters). The Sky 2 features the VECTIV 3.0 forked carbon fiber plate inside of a mid-stacked DREAM nitrogen-TPU midsole and SURFACE CTRL high-traction directional 4mm lugged outsole. The upper is also well engineered with it's breathable mesh, gusseted tongue, and other premium materials that wrap around your foot for a secure and comfortable hold. I did get 2 initial blisters however, I found a simple fix to this complex problem, and it's a problem that shouldn't have existed in a $200 shoe.
