We have all been there. Even though we may be scuba diving in the tropics, we feel like it is the middle of winter! In this video I share with you tips on how to stay warm while scuba diving. Besides the discomfort factor of being cold on the boat and underwater, staying warm is also a safety issue. Because it is believed that being cold while scuba diving increases your risk of getting DCI. So that makes staying warm while you are diving even more of a priority.
