I prefer silicone pacifier clips because they’re easy to clean and don’t have fabric that can get gross over time. I’m not into the beaded or threaded ones, so this style is my go-to for keeping things simple (and washable).
Pros

- +No fabric to trap moisture or get moldy
- +Simple design (no beads/thread)

- -May need an adapter depending on the pacifier type
