I Visited XPENG’s AI Day — Elon Musk Liked Their New Robot!

A couple of days ago, I was invited to XPENG’s AI Day — and this time, we actually got a rare look inside their headquarters in Guangzhou. From the futuristic robots to the latest smart driving tech, it was pretty wild. We saw the brand-new VLA 2.0 system, the NEW IRON Robot that literally walks like a model on a catwalk — people even joked there might be a real person hiding inside! It went viral online and even caught Elon Musk’s attention. XPENG also revealed their first range-extender car, the X9 Extended-Range Version, and my personal favorite — the AeroHT A868 Flying Car, a fully tilt-rotor hybrid that looks straight out of a sci-fi movie. The best part? XPENG confirmed their Land Aircraft Carrier is finally set to ship in 2026 — it’s no longer just a concept!
