๐Ÿ”ฅ Cool Stuff on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3B6Gqru ๐Ÿ”ฅ Today weโ€™re taking a look at the RTX 2060 6gb GPU and more specifically, the Zotac Gaming Amp model. In 2024 this is more of a budget secondhand graphics card option because the RTX 2060 series was released in 2019. I like this for budget gaming systems since you have 6gb of video memory and you get DLSS support which is quite valuable in my opinion. The RTX 2060 GPU features 1,920 shaders, 120 texture mapping units, and 48 ROPs, and 6 gigabytes of gddr6 which operates at 14gbps. The memory bus 192 bit which is kind of crazy since some newer GPUs are much smaller. As for the Gaming AMP that I have here, there is a slight pre-overclock, the boost clock is 1,800MHz. Like I said, I think buying this card used or refurbished for a lower middle range type of gaming build is where it will shine. As for the video displays, we have 1 HDMI 2.0 and 3 total displayport 1.4 ports and you can simultaneously use all four video outputs at once. Now that we have the specs out of the way, let's take a look at some synthetic and gaming benchmarks. Iโ€™ll be pairing the RTX 2060 with my Ryzen 7700X on an ASROCK X670E PG Lightning motherboard with 32gb of Gskill DDR5 6000 CL32 memory. Timespy is a synthetic benchmark and a little bit older these days but the RTX 2060 scores well in my opinion. My test passes averaged an overall score of about 8400bpoints, with a GPU score of 7800 on average and an average CPU score of 14200. Looking at Speed way, the 2060 managed to hit about 1520 points on average. For a first generation raytracing card it's not bad but this isn't really a raytracing capable card. Enough with the synthetics though, let's take a look at some games. Intel Build: 14700k: https://amzn.to/3I2gG5f be quiet!
