Cooler Master MA824 Stealth Heatsink: https://amzn.to/3Qlwd5c Today we’re taking a look at the Cooler Master MA824 dual tower air heatsink for gaming builds courtesy of Cooler Master. This is definitely one of the more beefier tower heatsinks that I have tested in a while, this is not for small builds. If you’re running an especially hot CPU or you want to overclock and get as much air cooling as you can, this would be the type of cooler you are looking for. The Masterair MA824 Stealth is coming in at 162.2mil long, 150.6mil wide, and 165.6mil tall. This almost reminds me of the D15 in terms of size and weight but the overall aesthetic of the MA824 is subjectively much better in my opinion. This heatsink features 8 larger heatpipes and two different sized fans to help remove heat. The inner fan is a 135mm model that has a max speed of 1,550rpm pushing a max of 3.6cfm at 1.92mm to h2o of pressure. The included 120mm fan that goes on the back has a max speed of 1,950rpm with a max cfm of 63.1 at a maximum pressure rating of 2.69mm to h2o. The 135m fan is rated for a maximum noise output of 24.6dba and the 120 is rated for 22.6dba. Would have assumed the 135mm fan would be quieter than the 120 but maybe it has something to do with the design. This is a formidable push pull air tower, we’re getting mounting support on all modern sockets, AM4, AM5 LGA 1200 and LGA 1700 and the cooler comes with a decently long PWM splitter cable which is very nice to see. This cooler does offer up to 42mm of clearance for memory modules by the way, always double check memory compatibility before buying memory or a cooler. I tested on my Ryzen 7700X gaming rig to see how well the cooler could tame the 7700X. I ran the 7700x at PBO with auto overclocking enabled because I think that's how most people will run this cooler. My ambient temps were about 72F during testing. I’m a big fan of asus realbench testing, I think it makes sense to test the CPU at the same time as the GPU to really get a sense of overall cooling performance. 🔥 Cool Stuff on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3B6Gqru 🔥🔥 Looking for parts?
