Creative Zen Hybrid SXFI Headphones: https://amzn.to/40qqoci Today we’re taking a look at the Creative Zen Hybrid SXFI headphones. Thanks to Creative for sending these over for us to take a look at. It’s been a while since I’ve used a quality pair of over the ear headphones, super cheap ones are available for practically nothing on the usual retailers. When I was looking at the description and specs for the Zen Hybrid SXFI headphones, they looked like a solid midrange option. We’re getting 40mm drivers, the Creative SXFI surround sound effect, adaptive noise canceling, and a super long battery life, like it’s rated for 70 hours of audio playback and I haven’t drained it from the initial charge up session yet. This is relatively versatile in that it supports Bluetooth 5.3 and 3.5mm audio cables. The headset can be paired to two different devices as well, your phone and laptop for example and you can switch back and forth. Included with this set of headphones is a 0.3 meter or 2.62ft long USB-C to USB-A cable and a 1.2 meter or 3.94ft long 3.5mm traditional aux cable. The headphones do have a built-in microphone as well, compatible with Siri and Google Assistant and of course there is an active noise canceling mode. This is a sample of me recording from the headphones. I’ve been listening to music and movies and even taken a few calls on these, the audio and mic quality seems pretty good to me. The headphones are very comfortable too, I like the softness of the material on the ear cups and headband. As for buttons, there’s the standard volume up down buttons, a power button which will also double as bluetooth pairing, the ANC button, and the SXFI button to activate that mode.
