ALLEX Craft Knife Japanese Hobby Knife K-5 Chisel Blade
The ALLEX K-5 chisel blade is the one I’ll probably use the most because it’s made for getting into tight spots. It felt a bit sharper than the other knife, but still needed sharpening to stop that weird “sliding across glass” feel and really start cleaning up corners cleanly.
Pros
- +Great shape for nooks and crannies and corner cleanup
- +Cap fits well for storage
- +Gets much better after sharpening
Cons
- -Angle-sensitive until sharpened and dialed in
- -Not quite sharp enough straight out of the package
