Building a Rack Mount Gaming PC with an RTX 4090 in the Sliger CX3171a XL

To make some space on my desk, I am moving my Gaming PC into a server chassis from Sliger. In theory the CX3171a XL can house my RTX 4090, Intel 14700k, ProArt Creator Z790 mobo, and DeepCool LT AIO with no issue.
