ASUS ROG Strix 27”

I tested the ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS as a sub-$300 27-inch 1440p fast IPS monitor, and it nails the gaming fundamentals: 180Hz, 1ms, VRR support, and sharp QHD clarity. Color accuracy was very good out of the box with wide gamut coverage, making it a strong pick for gaming plus productivity—just don’t expect OLED-level blacks or premium HDR impact without local dimming.
