I ordered a medium for the rash guard, and a size 30 for shorts. I got the 30 even though I wear 32 for most pants because the shorts have a 4 way stretch design so they are not restricting. I got a medium top because I didn’t want something skin tight that would be hard to put on and take off. ~ That being said I paid around $140 for both, and I love it.
