Vanguard XP Mythbusting: Useless Operators? Powerful Surplus, WXP Changed

Expanding on the Vanguard gamemode weapon XP testing to help you rank up those weapons fast, I'll now be taking a look at all the various types of XP buffs all players have access to: the powerful Surplus weapon kit attachment, the mysterious operator's favorite weapon boost, if double XP tokens from Warzone & Cold War work, the battle pass 10% XP boost, the clan 10% party up boost, and if everything stacks. Also, the weapon XP per kill in every gamemode and combat pacing has changed, so I'll update and discuss those new values.
