Modern Warfare: Season 2 - BR Coming, Regiments, Commendations, Akimbo, Big Changes!

Modern Warfare Season 2 update has launched and brings with it many changes. The Battle Royale mode that has been leaked, rumored, and discussed since before launch has finally been official teased in-game, no doubt set to go live this season. We've also got a road map that outlines the new gamemodes, maps like Rust and Atlas Superstore, Ghost in the new battle pass, and weapons like the Striker 45 (UMP) and Grau 5.56. They've also done a significant MP perk balancing pass of nerfs and buffs, also swapping Overkill and Kill Chain. There are plenty new features like akimbo for sidearms, "regiments" which are like clans, commendations which are like accolades, new trials, weekly & mission challenges, and more. If you aren't a fan of the core gameplay this update may not impress you, but I'm looking forward to playing through the new content of season 2 and seeing what the BR is all about.
