Almost done with the review of the season 3 Modern Warfare officer rank ribbon challenges, for now I wanted to share these quad feed results separately since they come up every season with the Four Piece Dinner challenge. I often see questions about if quad feeds are bugged, or why certain examples that look like a quad feed didn't count. Hopefully this can help answer exactly what is required to get a quad feed, with my best theory based on the examples I've recorded over time.
