Modern Warfare: New Spec Ops XP Rate? Comparison w/ Shoot House

The Modern Warfare patch notes yesterday included Special Ops "XP adjustments", and I wanted to see by just how much Spec Ops XP had increased. It Operations XP worthwhile now? Should you play it to rank up fast? I'll compare the new co-op XP rates to multiplayer with the help of the new Shoot House 24/7 playlist, and give some advice towards the end. I also needed to give an update for my goof in the previous video, somehow the weapon XP increase I measured was either something else, or not permanent. Weapon XP is unfortunately back to being awful in Special Ops, which is arguably infinitely more important than character XP in MW. So that's a bummer.
