Black Ops 4 had a story?

We're going back 4 years to revisit Black Ops 4 - not that long ago, and yet what feels like a different era of CoD. I never touched the 'Specialist HQ' lite campaign mode or looked at any of the story cutscenes back then, so I'm finally going back to find out what I missed, uncover some lore, and enjoy some light nostalgia.
