The original PS5 is still a beast in 2024, and performance-wise it’s basically the same as the Slim. If you already own one, there’s genuinely no reason to rush out and replace it. The main downside is the bulky design, especially if you’re trying to keep your setup clean.

- -Bigger and bulkier design compared to the Slim
- -Less usable storage than the Slim out of the box
