There is also an Ubuntu version for Linux users who want a small workstation for development, servers, and open source workflows. This little cylinder packs an AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS, Radeon 780M graphics, 32 GB of DDR5 memory, a 1 TB NVMe SSD, USB4, three 4K display outputs, WiFi 6, and a 2.5G Ethernet port. The big surprise is the pair of built in stereo speakers. Most mini PCs skip audio entirely or include tiny drivers. These are actually usable. In this review I cover performance, thermals, port selection, gaming, creator workloads, and what it is like using the Windows 11 version.
