Dell 32 Plus 4K | S3225QS

I bought the Dell 32 Plus (S3225QS) because 32-inch 4K at 120Hz for around $300 sounded like an insane value. The contrast and black levels were genuinely impressive, but I returned it due to dead pixels, a strong chemical odor, and a distracting VA brightness shift that didn’t feel good for long-term daily use.

Cons

-Strong foul chemical odor from packaging and lingering from the monitor
-Dead pixels out of the box (quality control issues)
-Noticeable VA brightness shift/haloing when moving side to side
-Eye comfort issues and possible perceived flicker
-Looked hazy/blurry at macOS scaled resolution compared to a premium Dell
-No USB hub or Thunderbolt
