The Powkiddy RGB20S is the step-up handheld I tested when I wanted analog sticks and a bit more power. That extra RAM and dual sticks open up PSP, DS, Dreamcast, and even N64 on a tiny device, which is kind of nuts—just expect some stutters or odd issues depending on the game.
Pros
+Analog sticks add support for more systems and control styles
+Can run PSP, Nintendo DS, Dreamcast, and Nintendo 64 (game-dependent)
+Pre-loaded SD card option can include an enormous game library
+Bright, vibrant 3.5-inch IPS screen
+Better-looking OS with console art and a search function
Cons
-Analog stick placement is awkward; requires “claw holds” for comfort
-Back trigger buttons feel loose and rattly
-Top-end systems aren’t always smooth (missing assets, audio stutter)
-Power-off behavior is quirky; needs a long hold to fully shut down
