I've put a little over 100 miles on my Stryd Footpod and have been busy analyzing the data! I feel like I'll mostly use the Stryd Footpod as a post run tool to breakdown my workouts. The Stryd Footpod could be beneficial on race day if you're running uphill or into a headwind and current pace won't tell you how hard you're actually working.
