In this video, I review the Salomon Sonic 4 Balance running shoe. Until recently, I had no idea Salomon even carried road running shoes. The Salomon Sonic 4 Balance fits great, has a firm (but not jarring) ride and can be used on a wide range of runs from short easy runs up to long marathon training days. At full retail, it may be a bit overpriced, but if you can find it on sale it could be a good buy if you like a firmer shoe.
