This (to me) is On's most cushioned shoe to date and features some noticeable changes to the midsole such as a missing speedboard and a new cushioning system. I would put the On Cloudsurfer in the lightweight daily trainer category and think it could easily go head to head with a shoe like the Hoka Mach 5.
