HOKA Mach 5 Review | First Impressions

The HOKA Mach 5 has just been released in Canada and I've been lucky enough to buy a pair before they sold out! The previous HOKA Mach 4 was a huge success and over the course of my first few runs in the new Mach 5, I feel like HOKA has improved on an already great shoe. The biggest upgrade for the HOKA Mach 5 is the midsole. It's been upgraded from HOKA's Profly material to their Profly+ material. Not only is this midsole material lighter, but it is much softer and provides more cushion, while still retaining performance.
