HOKA CIELO X1 REVIEW | First Impressions

Another carbon-plated race day shoe has entered the conversation! Welcome the Hoka Cielo X1 into the race scene. Saucony has the Endorphin Pro 4 and Endorphin Elite, Nike has the Vaporfly and Alphafly and Hoka now has the Cielo X1 to compliment the Rocket X2. The Hoka Cielo X1 has all the bells and whistles including an incredible feeling midsole, very aggressive rocker and a fantastic lockdown. Even though the Cielo X1 is incredibly heavy compared to it's competitors, it feels great and could still be a solid option for half and full marathons (for me).
