Asics Metaspeed Sky Review | First Impressions Run

In this video, I give my first impressions review of the Asics Metaspeed Sky. This year, Asics launched two new race day shoes focused towards two different types of runners. The first shoe, Metaspeed Sky, is geared towards runners who gain speed by increasing their stride length (and keeping cadence the same). The second shoe, Metaspeed Edge, is geared towards runners who increase both cadence AND stride length. I personally fall into the cadence category, but I'm still trying out both shoes to see how they run!
