170 Miles in the Dynafish XiaoNian

In today’s 19 Mile Long Run, I take the Dynafish XiaoNian to the U of R campus where I literally run back and forth on two roads for the entire 19 miles. While this was a boring bout of sunday long running, it helped me by building my mental fortitude.
