INJURY UPDATE | Thumbs up 👍 or thumbs down 👎? | Run4Adventure

Two weeks ago, during a long test run on the coast path, I took a nasty fall and injured my left hamstring! I immediately booked a session with my sports physio, and after an assessment, I was relieved to find out the injury wasn’t as bad as I first feared. Since then, I’ve been focused on rehab exercises to speed up my recovery. In this video, I’ll share an update on my progress, what’s been working, and how I’m feeling now.
