Nothing is "simple" on the Portugal homestead

We have been busy working on a few different projects, but they never seem to go to plan! This week we got out on the land a little bit to switch things up, because the foundation work is taking longer than expected. Yvonne worked on breaking down the old chicken coop and planting strawberries, while Miguel helped out when needed. We will continue to fix up our little homestead and are looking forward to getting more done on the bathroom, because winter is here and it is getting colder.
