I start with a quick life update and then get into my “word of the year” and the intentions I’m carrying into the next month. I walk through my goals in a way that feels gentle but still structured—because I’m in my soft era, but I still need a plan. I break everything into categories: motherhood and family goals, business/content creation goals, home and organization goals, and then the financial side. For budgeting, I share how I set up our monthly budget and what I’m focusing on financially as we close out August—keeping it realistic, not perfect.
