2023 Will Be A BIG YEAR for Inline Skating (Roll Minnesota Update)

2023 WILL BE A BIG YEAR FOR INLINE SKATING! It's my hope that each of these projects will help strengthen the inline skating community and raise awareness for rollerblading throughout the larger community. 1. Roll Minnesota Headquarters For the last two years, I've been actively searching for a property to purchase and build into a personal skatepark and business office. The search is finally over, and now the building phase has begun! It's still a work in progress, but it's amazing seeing this dream come true. 2. New Shakopee Skate park Throughout 2021 and 2022, I've been working with the Shakopee Park and Recreation Department and Spohn Ranch Skate Parks to help redesign the Shakopee Skate Park. After polling users and hosting assisting with several outreach events, the skate park was approved and constructed in 2022, with the grand opening scheduled for this spring! 3. 3rd Lair Skate Park Inline Sessions For the last two years, we've partnered with 3rd Lair Skate Park for an inline skating night every other week throughout the winter. These sessions have been a great opportunity to unite and celebrate as friends throughout the frigid Minnesota winter.
