The game looks way too good for something built in GoldSource; the lighting is literally magic. We start this let’s play as some dude named James Smith whose car dies in the middle of a Utah desert, which is basically my worst nightmare. Once I stop trying to lick the high-voltage signs, I make it into this secret base. The gameplay gets wild fast because I have to put on this prototype Diffusion Suit that basically keeps shocking me while I explore. This walkthrough takes us deep into the labs where everything goes south, and suddenly I’m doing a stealth playthrough using nothing but a knife against scary HECU soldiers. It’s a total mess in the best way possible.
