08/02/2026: Ramadan in UK vs Pakistan | Riding to London for Iftar, UK 🇬🇧 In this Ramadan motovlog, I ride from the peaceful countryside of Essex towards Central London to experience the atmosphere of Ramadan in the UK and reflect on how it compares to Ramadan in Pakistan. I start my ride from Bulphan village, surrounded by open fields and quiet countryside roads. Ramadan often brings a moment of reflection, and riding through nature feels like the perfect place to slow down and think about how the experience of Ramadan changes depending on where you are in the world. From there, I ride into Central London to join the community at London Central Mosque in Regent’s Park for iftar. It’s always a special moment during Ramadan when Muslims from different backgrounds gather together to break their fast. After iftar, I continue my ride to Coventry Street to see the beautiful Ramadan lights arranged in Central London with the support of the Mayor of London, Mr. Sadiq Khan. The decorations bring a unique Ramadan atmosphere to the heart of the city. To finish the night, I ride towards East London and stop at Ilford Lane for a warm karak chai at Naan Staap — the perfect way to end a Ramadan ride. Ramadan may feel different in different countries, but the spirit of patience, gratitude, and community remains the same everywhere.
