About This Video

In this Procreate tutorial, I’m showing you how I make a signature brush stamp—so when you finish a piece, you can just pop your signature right on it and keep it moving. I keep it super simple (because you know I do not like long intros). We start by clearing the layer, turning the background color off, and making sure the signature is in pure white (double tap white). Then I grab a brush I like for signing—today I used a calligraphy script brush (and yes, I suck at calligraphy, so please excuse me). Once you’ve got a signature you like, I copy it from Actions, then head into the Brush Studio to create a new brush. The key step is importing the shape by pasting, then fixing that “funky little design” you’ll see when you test it. I go into Stroke Path and set Spacing to max and Streamline to max, then in Properties I crank the brush size all the way up. After that, I test the stamp, adjust preview size if needed, and you’re done—quick, clean, and perfect for signing portraits, illustrations, or anything you make in Procreate.
