About This Video

In this video, I’m showing you how to create stunning infographics inside NotebookLM—for free—without needing any design skills. Google’s been rolling out some really impressive updates to NotebookLM, and one of my favorites is the new infographic feature. The big idea is simple: you bring in a source (a transcript, a YouTube link, a PDF, a Google Sheet, etc.), and NotebookLM turns it into a clean, visual summary you can actually use in your business. I walk you through several practical use cases to spark ideas: turning a podcast transcript into a “top 5 insights” visual, generating an infographic from a YouTube video URL, summarizing a book PDF into key frameworks, condensing a dense white paper (plus extra research using Gemini fast/deep research), and transforming a dry SOP into a visual cheat sheet for your team. I also show how to create visual meeting summaries from call transcripts and how to turn testimonials from a Google Sheet into a bold, categorized infographic you can use for marketing. Along the way, I share my best prompt tip: use the infographic instructions box like you’re briefing a graphic designer—the more specific you are, the better the output. And yes, NotebookLM is totally free (with a Pro upgrade available via certain Google Workspace plans).
