In this video, I share 7 insanely useful AI tools I use almost every day (in my business and personal life) because they actually make my life easier—without requiring a bunch of tutorials just to get value. I start with Recall, which builds a self-organizing knowledge base from the content you consume (YouTube, PDFs, articles, podcasts, notes) and lets you chat with it—plus it links you back to the exact moment in a video where an insight came from. Then I cover Funnel Quick Capture (iOS), which helps me capture ideas on the go and send them into Notion—where it can trigger automations (like turning a voice note into a script via Relay). I also show GenSpark as an all-in-one platform for agentic research, chats across multiple models, slides/docs/sheets, and more. Finally, I round it out with Sparkle for AI file organization, Wispr Flow for fast voice dictation, Capacities for simple object-based notes (without the complexity), and Spiral to repurpose transcripts into emails/posts in my voice—fast.
