I also have fairly deep furrows in my brow and across my forehead that I hope the #microneedling can help reduce the appearance of. Along my chin line there is plenty of hyperpigmentation as well. The #banisher Kit 3.0 comes with the stamper, two 0.5mm needle heads, a bottle of Banish serum and a zippered clear front storage bag. The Banish serum for dark spot correction is made with pure, high-grade vitamin C & E. It is vegan, paraben free, and the bottle is black so that light cannot degrade the serum inside; it comes with a 1ml dropper cap. The stamp tool can be used on both the face but your skin thickness and amount of coverage will dictate how many sessions the needles will last (up to 8 times). The back side of the needle heads have a twist to lock connector for installing on the stamp handle. The tool itself is solid but lightweight at just 2oz or 60 grams. The plastic cap protects the eighty-seven 0.5mm length gold-plated titanium needles. The diameter of the needles is thinner than a human hair ensuring that the microchannels it creates in your skin are safe, reducing trauma, and promoting faster healing while boost collagen production. The cap also doubles as a well to hold 70-90% isopropyl alcohol to sanitize the tool before and after each use. Prior to use, wash the area you're treating with a mild cleanser, rinse well, and pat dry with a clean towel. Then stamp by pressing firmly but gently, perpendicular to the skin, up to 3 times per area. You’ll want to avoid any active acne, rashes, or injured skin. The needles don’t hurt at all during use though you may feel a slight painless prick at each press. Stamping my entire face took only 3 minutes. After use, place the tool back into its cap with alcohol to disinfect it for a few minutes. You can apply the serum immediately afterwards to help your skin retain moisture. You may experience a bit of redness or a slight tingling that can intensify when applying any product, but overall the sensation is quite mild and typically subsides within an hour of treatment. You’ll want to use a gentle moisturizer and sunscreen while avoiding harsh treatments and products for several days afterward as your skin will be more sensitive as it recovers. The Banish serum is great for this because its light, non-greasy, and doesn’t have a frangrance. After 8 months of using the Banish 3.0 microneedling stamp, I saw a noticeable difference in my skin. I used the stamp once every two weeks for a total of 16 sessions, changing the needle head after 8 sessions. My skin tone has become more even with a decrease in redness and dryness and my skin feels naturally more hydrated without using any lotion or moisturizer, giving its surface a smoother, more luminous appearance. Some fine lines have been visibly reduced, especially on the forehead and around the eyes, and these areas look subtly softer. While each change on its own is not dramatic, improvements are cumulatively visible, resulting in an overall healthier, clearer, and more balanced complexion. Overall, I’m super happy and impressed with the results from using the Banish 3.0, and I believe it can produce visible results for folks looking to improve the smoothness and evenness of their complexation, while reducing the appearance of acne scars, dark spots, and fine lines.
