I recommend the Camp Chef Everest 2X because it’s a seriously capable two-burner stove with two 20,000 BTU burners that don’t bog each other down. The build is mostly metal, it’s easy to clean, and the wider burner spacing lets me run full-size pots and cast iron without everything colliding.
Pros
+Two 20,000 BTU burners with very strong heat output
+Both burners can run full blast without slowing the other down
+Mostly metal construction and upgraded latches
+Removable grate makes cleaning easy
+Wide burner spacing fits full-size pots/pans and a 10-inch cast iron skillet
+Side windscreens lock in solid and can be removed
Cons
-Lid isn’t easily removable
-Control knobs can pop off and could be lost
-Propane connection area can be flimsy if you move it around before it’s fully attached
-Slightly larger than many two-burner stoves due to burner spacing
