Winter Camping & Ice Fishing for Brown Trout… in SPRING

In this adventure, we head out for a unique spring ice fishing and winter camping trip! 🎣❄️ We were targeting brown trout, the only species we could keep in this lake, but there were plenty of other fish below the ice. Conditions were changing fast with spring arriving, making for an interesting and challenging trip. I was joined by Thomas from the channel Life in the Valley , and things didn’t exactly go as planned… we even ended up getting stuck in the snow on the way out 😅 From spotting wildlife on the drive in, to a beautiful sunset timelapse, to waking up for another day on the ice—this trip had a bit of everything.
