Subscribe to our channel here: http://bit.ly/2zzR6BV Watch our next video here: http://bit.ly/2rqXyql Follow our Instagram here: http://bit.ly/2AyxPkb Like us on Facebook here: http://bit.ly/2Pa72zC Turkey Burgers topped w/ Mashed Avocado and Chipotle Mayo Ingredients: * 4 Turkey Patties * 4 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese * 4 Brioche Buns * 2 Avocados * 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise * 2 Chipotle Peppers + Chipotle Sauce (from can) * Juice of 1 Lime * Salt and Pepper * 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil- preferably olive oil * 1 Tablespoon Water Equipment: * Cutting Board * Chef Knife * Food Processor * Pan w/ lid * Spatula * Bowl * Fork * Spoon * Stove * Oven Directions: Chipotle Mayo- In your food processor, blend 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise, juice of 1 lime, 2 chipotle peppers + juice from can, and salt + pepper to taste. Puree until sauce is smooth. Sit aside for 1 hour so the flavors develop. Mashed Avocado- Slice avocados in half and remove seed. Take your spoon and scoop out your avocado. Cut into slices and add to your bowl. Season with salt + pepper to taste. With a fork, begin mashing your avocado until desired consistency. Sit aside. Toast your Buns- Set your oven to broil. Let heat for at least 5 minutes. Put your buns into the oven open-faced. Keep a close eye on your buns until they’ve reached a perfect golden brown. DON’T BURN YOUR BUNS!!!! Turkey Burgers- Preheat your pan to medium high heat. Add your cooking oil to pan. Generously season each patty with salt + pepper on both sides. Lay turkey patties into hot pan, AWAY from you!!! Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Put one slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty (about 2 minutes before your patties are fully cooked). Pour water into pan and immediately cover with lid. Let your burgers steam for about one minute. Remove lid and finish cooking your burgers. Remove your burgers from pan once they’ve reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Garnish and enjoy! :)
